Products are shipped via courier: TNT
The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, in both the morning and afternoon. The recipient may not request deliveries on specific day or times. If the recipient is absent, the courier shall leave a notice of attempted delivery with a note affixed at the relevant address. Delivery will be attempted on two more occasions: if unsuccessful, the courier shall attempt to contact the recipient. Isabell S.r.l. shall not be liable for any malfunction in the delivery service by the courier.
In the case of deliveries made to receptions (with the signature for delivery by the receptionist), Isabell shall not be liable for the subsequent failure to deliver the package to the final recipient. If a country for delivery does not appear among those listed, this means that the delivery of products to that country is currently not envisaged. However, for more information on the countries for deliveries not included in the list, kindly contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
At the time of the products being delivered, the Customer shall check:
- – that the number of packages corresponds with what appears on the transport document; ;
- – that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or incorrect number of packages or information must be reported immediately, by adding a specific note in this regard on the product delivery document, which must be returned to the courier service. Any problems pertaining to the products being intact, corresponding or complete must be reported within 7 days of delivery, based on the procedures outlined in this document.
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the weight/volume of the package. Customers may view the cost on-line at the end of the order, prior to confirming the order.
Products are delivered within 24-48 hours, once 24 hours have lapsed from the date the order is registered. Possible delays in delivery may be caused by the products being temporarily unavailable, malfunctions in the courier service, force majeure or in the event of public holidays. In the case of purchases made using a credit card or PayPal, the delay in shipping may be due to the amount authorised for payment not being available for debiting. (See: Debiting payment). The delivery times provided by Isabell are to be considered as purely indicative and a delay in this regard, or any deliveries carried out with split shipments shall not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery and claim compensation or reimbursements.
Customs duties and taxes
In the case of deliveries required to countries outside the European Union, the recipient shall be responsible for any customs import charges. Customs duties and taxes vary according to the country of delivery and are applied once the goods arrive in the country: customers are therefore requested to contact the customs authorities in their country beforehand to check on costs and possible import restrictions.
In the case of the goods being refused by the customer or not being delivered for other reasons (e.g. recipient’s address and/or telephone number incorrect; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) the following amounts shall be withheld and debited to the recipient to cover costs: shipping goods+ returning goods + customs for return. The price of the goods shall nonetheless be refunded.
